Privacy Policy - Nate's Software plugins

Effective October 2, 2026. These MCP servers (mcp.nates-software.com) power the Nate's Arcade, What's New in AI and Software You Can Own plugins for ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants.

What we collect

Nothing personal. The servers need no account and ask for no sign-in. They receive only the tool request your assistant sends: the game you picked, an optional AI news topic, or a software search. We do not store those requests or link them to you.

Logs

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard operational logs (such as IP address, time and request path) for security and reliability. We use them only to keep the service running.

Games and links

Games load from nates-software.com inside a sandboxed window. Games may keep scores or settings in your browser's local storage on that site. News results link to third-party websites with their own privacy policies.

Children

The service is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
